Volunteer

The yearly Haybelly reunion runs on volunteers in the literal sense of the word. No one makes money off of this event. All of the work put in is a labor of love!

Anyone wearing a Haybelly lanyard is a volunteer and is someone you can go to with any questions or concerns weekend of. If they don't know the answer, they will get it for you!

The Jolly Joggers, wearing yellow safety vests, a Haybelly Lanyard, and a backpack, are a sober harm reduction squad that roams the Haybelly grounds. They keep an eye on the festival and ward off any unsafe behaviors. The Jolly Joggers have a First Aid Kit and other helpful items in their backpacks they carry. They communicate with proper personnel in the event of a crisis. Jolly Joggers are not trained medical staff; they simply keep an eye on things and help out as needed.

We always want to have someone sober to drive in case of emergency. The Sober Driver can be spotted wearing a pink safety vest and Haybelly Lanyard. The Sober Driver always has a walkie on them so they can be quickly tracked down in case of a medical emergency that may need a trip to the hospital if an ambulance isn't needed.

Stay tuned for updates on how to become a weekend of Volunteer!
