Fulfillment and Refund Policy

This is the Haybelly Goes to 11 (the “Event”) Fulfillment and Refund Policy (this “Policy”). This Policy applies to any person holding or attempting to utilize a ticket for entry to the Event, whether or not said person is the individual who actually purchases the ticket (hereinafter a “Ticket Holder” and as addressed in this policy “you” or “your”). 

 

All sales, purchases, and partial purchases are final, non-refundable and non-transferable. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to attend the event or to purchase a ticket to the event (with a valid photo identification). Once your purchase is made, this is a legally binding contract between you and Haybelly, LLC (“Haybelly, LLC”, “we”, “us”, “our”), and is designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process and policies and procedures governing your purchase. If you are making a purchase on behalf of someone else, the Terms contained in this Policy shall also apply to that person(s) as a Ticket Holder and it is your duty to inform such person(s) of this Policy. Any questions regarding refunds are welcome at haybellyfestival@gmail.com. Purchase of an event ticket grants you access to the event grounds before, during, and after the event's posted hours, for load in and load out as needed. Attendees are required to show their government issued photo identifications upon arrival.

You acknowledge that Haybelly, LLC will be using film, video, and photographic cameras at the Event, and that your image may be captured on film, video, or photographs that may subsequently be displayed or disseminated without your consent or payment of compensation to you, and you release each of the Released Parties from any liability due to such capturing, display, or dissemination. Furthermore, you agree not to publicly share any photos or video from the event online.

This Policy is subject to, and is in addition to, any other information on the Haybelly, LLC website, including without limitation, any and all applicable polices posted on the Haybelly, LLC website.
